Rather than producing the following round of carelessness that acquires 140 crores because of the multiplexed masses, this one tries to discuss the present defenselessness confronted by the regular man in India. The subject for talk is terrorism. The motion picture starts with a telephone call to the Police Commissioner illuminating him of bombs and requesting the arrival of 4 terrorists.. The motion picture then typically moves into the Negotiator and clock ticking sort.
