In the year 1976, Vikramaditya, a skilled palmist and follower of Paramahamsa, foretells to the esteemed Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi, that she will soon declare a state of emergency in the nation. Lo and behold, his prophecy comes true, catapulting him to fame but also forcing him to flee the country. Two years later, Vikramaditya has established himself as a renowned palmist in Italy, with a penchant for globetrotting. He returns to his homeland to reunite with his beloved mother and close friend Vedant after an extended absence. Vikramaditya, a non-believer in love, engages in fleeting romantic liaisons with women. However, his perspective undergoes a profound transformation when he encounters Prerna during a train journey and finds himself falling head over heels for her. When Vikramaditya offers to predict the future of a businessman named Mahendra Rajput, the latter is less than receptive to the idea. Consequently, Mahendra’s henchmen pursue Vikramaditya on the streets, leading to a fateful accident that lands him in the hospital where Prerna works as a doctor. Despite the objections of Prerna’s uncle, the two fall deeply in love.
