The Little Rascals (1994) Film Short Story :

The story starts with Spanky, leader of the “He-Man Lady Critics Club”, with many school-matured young men from around the neighborhood as individuals. His closest companion, Hay, has been picked as the driver for the club’s award winning go-kart, “The Haze”, in the yearly go-kart race.
